Towering the Arts Summer Camp provides high-energy programs that allow young people to fully engage their imaginations as they experience the thrill of creating live theatre. From learning the basic techniques of acting for the stage, to developing improvisation and physical comedy skills, it’s a summer your child will never forget.

Taught by Middle Georgia’s best-known theatre professionals and educators, Towering the Arts Summer Camp is a great way to discover the joys of drama, explore the creative self, and make wonderful new friends. Campers participate in a wide variety of theatre activities—including improvisation, scene study, storytelling, creative writing, group singing, and mime—all taught by caring artists and teachers dedicated to meeting each child at his or her level.  Classes emphasize drama games and exercises designed to increase spontaneity, engage the imagination, promote self-confidence, and encourage ensemble spirit.

At Towering the Arts, we also understand that kids can not live by drama alone.  That is why each day includes group games and sports, arts and crafts, social time, free play, board games, and more.

We provide each child a nutritious breakfast, lunch, and snack.  We do not participate in the USDA Summer Food Service Program.  We prepare all meals onsite for our children.  Therefore, you do not have to worry about buying your child breakfast every morning, preparing their lunch, or being concerned about if your child is eating quality meals.  Rest assured, we will take care of your child’s nutritional needs this summer!

The Camp curriculum will consist of acting, design, dance, music, painting, drawing, and playwriting. We will also haveTae Kwon DO lessons twice a week!  Please complete the “Summer Camp Application Packet” and send using one of these methods:  Email:,  Fax:478.405.7628, or Drop Off: 4025 Villa Ave Macon, GA 31204.   Tuition: $73/wk
